Iceland Speed

I set my record for fastest trip ever!

I arrived in Akureyri, Iceland on the 12th of September and had to leave on the 14th. The 15th I was guiding a group to Finland. This gave me roughly 24 hours of light to shoot. I had planned too much, so only half my plan worked out. But I can’t complain.

I captured a very decent sunset ánd sunrise (my previous visits were in high summer), which I really enjoyed! I also took a flight over Skeidararsandur, which is a truly amazing place for aerial photography!

I wanted to stay longer, of course. But then I often do. Perhaps next time. Thanks, Kjartan from Travel to Iceland for helping me to organise this quick visit 😉
