Yes, we know, it sounds wrong, still going viral is exactly what my pictures of the rare yellow king penguin did.

From articles in National Geographic and Audubon Magazine, to coverage on national and regional tv, news sites and blogs, to cartoons, fan art and even a black community podcast in East Coast USA (starting at 16:38), it’s been one hell of a ride.

Summarizing where and how the penguin has shown up in the past few weeks would make for a tedious read, so we poured it all into a video clip. It’s incomplete, as new fan art continues to emerge (check #yellowpenguin on IG!) but it gives you a pretty good idea of the yellow penguin-madness. Enjoy!
